How to obtain B2B access
Register your company
Enter your company and billing details. A VAT identifier is required for billing addresses outside Germany.
Provide company documents
You may upload documents during registration if the upload option is displayed. Alternatively, send them separately to MTF.
Manual review by MTF
We review the company details and documents. B2B access is enabled only after our express approval.
Company documents
Examples include a business registration or a commercial register extract. Uploading is optional; the required evidence may also be sent by email or through a WhatsApp contact agreed with MTF.
Only send information needed for company verification. Do not send passwords or payment credentials.
VAT identifier
For our B2B application, a VAT identifier is optional for a German billing address and required for a billing address in any other country.
Providing a VAT identifier does not automatically grant B2B access or a tax exemption.
B2B ordering terms
Minimum order value: 700 EUR excluding VAT
Prices and delivery and payment terms applicable to your company are agreed separately. Contact MTF before ordering if you have questions.
